Yes. Bring us a complete parts list, a few ideas, or nothing but a budget. We can take it from there.

Usually. We will review your components for compatibility and condition before starting the build.

No. Gaming, productivity, creative work, everyday use, or something a little ridiculous. If it needs a PC, we can build around it.

Yes. Sometimes you do not need a new computer. More memory, storage, a better GPU, improved cooling, or a few carefully chosen upgrades can completely change an existing system.

Yes. Many repairs can be completed through mail in service. Shipping instructions are provided once we have reviewed your request.

It depends on the problem, parts availability, and the device itself. We will give you a realistic estimate once we know what we are working with.

It depends on the hardware. Upgrades, shells, displays, storage, cooling, cosmetic work, and other modifications may be available depending on the device.

That is kind of our thing. Send us some details and photos and we can determine what can realistically be brought back.

Absolutely. Some of our favorite projects start with an idea that does not fit neatly on a service menu.

It can. Repairs, modifications, or aftermarket components may affect manufacturer coverage, so check your warranty before having a device modified.

Depending on the problem, we may be able to recover data from computers, hard drives, SSDs, flash storage, and other devices.

No. Recovery depends on the device and the extent of the damage. We would rather be upfront about that than promise something we cannot deliver.

Stop using it. Continued use can make some failures worse. Contact us and tell us what happened before attempting additional repairs or recovery software.

We only access information as reasonably necessary to perform and verify the recovery. Your data is treated as private.

That depends on the amount of data recovered. We will determine the appropriate storage and return method with you before completing the service.

Return eligibility depends on what you purchased and its condition. Custom, modified, and service related purchases may have different requirements than standard products. Our Return Policy has the complete terms.

Coverage depends on the repair and parts used. Any warranty included with your service will be clearly communicated with your repair.

Coverage may include our workmanship as well as separate manufacturer warranties on individual components. Specific coverage will be provided with your build.
